2.What Is the Lean Production Management Team Responsible For?
The team’s core responsibility is to drive the company’s transition to lean production management and reduce waste in the production of valve actuators. It will oversee the development of cultural development plans, refine policies, and address violations, while simultaneously participating in HR system reforms and collecting and resolving employee concerns. Division of Labor Among Subgroups: The Organization Subgroup will organize competitions and cultural and sports activities to establish exemplary role models; the Communications Subgroup will be responsible for delivering messages during morning meetings and facilitating the two-way collection and transmission of employee feedback; the Training Subgroup will coordinate and ensure end-to-end training support; and the Improvement Subgroup will collect employee proposals for product optimization, drive improvement projects aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and quantify the benefits achieved.
